It includes a full list of agencies along with helpful tips on what to look for when selecting a provider, plus a handy checklist to guide you.
Another excellent resource is the Care Quality Commission website, where you can read up on agency standards and reviews.
Once you’ve chosen an agency, remember to ask for a copy of their terms, conditions, and contract. It’s also a good idea to get written confirmation that they can meet all your specific care needs. Keep in mind, some agencies may add charges for mileage or bank holiday services.
