ConnextSteps isn’t your typical “support project.” We’re here to rewrite the script on what young people with additional needs can achieve—and we need someone who’s ready to challenge the system with us.
You’ll work directly with young people (14-25) who are ready to move to adulthood, providing the support they need to truly thrive. Whether navigating disabilities, mental health, or neurodiversity, you’ll help them explore new opportunities that matter to them.
Forget “conventional” goals. Help them start a business, run a disability pride event, or even hit the pub with confidence. This is about disrupting the status quo—giving young people the chance to chase their dreams and make them happen.
If you’re passionate about creating real, positive change and ready to be part of something that challenges the norm—we want you. We’re looking to hire a Life Connector Team Leader and Life Connector.
